If your transaction was made on a holiday or the business day before a holiday, transaction amounts are reflected to your account on the next business day. If you have completed the end-of-day transaction on your POS device but the amount of the transaction has not been reflected to your account, you can get 24/7 support from our call center at 0850 988 88 88.

You can get your end-of-day report from the Merchant Menu in the sales application of your POS device.

Yes, you can cancel transactions via your POS device. It is possible only if the end-of-day report has not been received and the transaction that will be canceled was made on the same day.

You can use the transaction menus of the POS device’s sales application to see your last sales transaction. Pavo POS users can access this information from the 'Recent Transactions' area on the sales application. Hugin POS users can print out their last transactions by using the 'Re-Receipt' option under the 'Merchandise Menu' on the sales application.
