Right to Remedy Damages for the Customer

Remedying the damage suffered by the customer due to the service received is the re-delivery of the service to the customer. Right to Lodge Complaints and Objections for the Customer

The customer can submit complaints and objections regarding payment services to the number 0850 988 88 88. TURK Elektronik Para A.Ş. will evaluate customer complaints and objections regarding service procurement and provide the customer with information regarding the outcome of the application. Subject to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection and other laws recognized for individual customers' application rights, they may apply to arbitration panels established under the Turkish Payment and Electronic Money Institutions Association ("TÖDEB").
