INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER ARBITRATION

Dear individual customer, if you have made a written application to our organization
regarding the dispute you have experienced due to the services we provide (which is
of an individual nature and therefore does not fall within the scope of commercial
activity) within 2 years at the latest from the date of the transaction or action subject
to the dispute, and if your application has not been responded within20 daysfrom
the date of your application, from the end of the 20-day period from the date of your
application, or if your application has been answered negatively or if you do not find
the answer given sufficient, within 60 days from the date of the response, you can
contact the Association of Payment and Electronic Money Institutions of Turkey
("TÖDEB") Regulation on the Principles and Procedures Regarding the
Individual Customer Arbitration Committee accordingly, you have the right to
apply to the TÖDEB Individual Customer Arbitration Committee.
