Before starting the sale process at the notary, the seller must access the Secure Payment section through the “Transactions” or “FAST Transactions” menu on the Param Mobile app. To continue with the Secure Payment flow, the user account must be upgraded. If the account has not been upgraded before, the user will be directed to the KYC screen to complete the identity verification steps. After completing these steps, the account can be upgraded, and the secure payment process can continue.
If you have already completed the identity verification process on your user account, you can continue by selecting "Seller Transactions".
After the seller transactions, the seller information screen will appear. Once you select the account to which you want the second-hand vehicle sale amount to be transferred, the details of your seller account will be displayed on the screen. On the same screen, you will need to approve the relevant contracts. After this stage, you will be asked to enter the vehicle license plate and the sale amount.
On the following screen, you will need to enter the buyer’s phone number. On the following screen, a preview will appear containing all the entered sales information. You can complete the application by confirming the preview text. Once the application is completed, a reference code will be sent to both your mobile phone and the buyer’s.
The buyer can use this reference code to continue the transaction either through their Param account, if they have one, or via another organization through which they wish to proceed with the transaction.
Once the transaction is completed, no updates can be made. If you need to make any changes, you can contact our call center and cancel the transaction to start a new one.
The Secure Payment System has been integrated with the FAST System, and the transaction limit for Secure Payment Transactions has been set at 2 million TRY. It is possible to make partial payments. For second-hand motor vehicle sales transactions exceeding the specified limit, multiple money transfers can be made using the same "Secure Payment Reference Code."
